We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase due to shipping damage or the item(s) you received are not what you ordered, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days
of purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase due to another reason not listed above, please reach out and we will discuss a resolution to said issue.
For a full refund and exchange the item(s) must be returned. On exchanges, the new item will be sent out once we receive the item(s) being exchanged or proof of return shipment is provided.
To make a return:
Items must be unopened/unused/unworn
Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of:
Digital Downloads due to the nature of the product. However, if there is something wrong with your digital download please reach out immediately so we can work to resolve the issue.
